Product Description specificalThis CLIA kit uses Competitive-CLiA as the method. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Rat GnRH. During the reaction, Rat GnRH in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of Rat GnRH on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to Rat GnRH. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The Relative light unit(RLU) value is measured spectrophotometrically by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is negatively associated with the concentration of Rat GnRH. You can calculate the concentration of Rat GnRH in the samples by comparing the RLU of the samples to the standard curve.
