Product Description specificalThis CLIA kit uses Competitive-CLiA as the method. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Human GnRH. During the reaction, Human GnRH in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of Human GnRH on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to Human GnRH. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The Relative light unit(RLU) value is measured spectrophotometrically by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is negatively associated with the concentration of Human GnRH. You can calculate the concentration of Human GnRH in the samples by comparing the RLU of the samples to the standard curve.
