SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of HBd. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between HBd and analogues was observed.
Intended UseHuman HBD ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of HBD , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageStore the whole ELISA kit at 4℃
Product Description specificalIntended Uses: The kit is a competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique for the in vitro quantitative measurement of HBd in human serum, plasma, erythrocyte lysates and other biological fluids.
Principle of the Assay||This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. A monoclonal antibody specific to HBd has been pre-coated onto a microplate. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between biotin labeled HBd and unlabeled HBd (Standards or samples) with the pre-coated antibody specific to HBd. After incubation the unbound conjugate is washed off. Next, avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The amount of bound HRP conjugate is reverse proportional to the concentration of HBd in the sample. After addition of the substrate solution, the intensity of color developed is reverse proportional to the concentration of HBd in the sample.
