    Human
  • GeneROR1
  • SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of ROR1. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between ROR1 and analogues was observed.
  • SamplesSerum, Plasma , tissue homogenates,Cell culture supernates,Other biological fluids.
  • SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of ROR1 is typically less than 0.058ng/mL. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest protein concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined by adding two
  • Intended UseHuman ROR1 ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of ROR1 , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.

Principle of the assay: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to ROR1. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to ROR1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain ROR1, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm +/- 10nm. The concentration of ROR1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
