SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of UBE2I. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between UBE2I and analogues was observed. NOTE: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between UBE2I and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist in some cases.
Intended UseHuman UBE2I ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of UBE2I , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.

Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: UBE2I ELISA kit applies the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique utilizing a monoclonal anti-UBE2I antibody and an UBE2I-HRP conjugate. The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with UBE2I-HRP conjugate in pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the UBE2I concentration since UBE2I from samples and UBE2I-HRP conjugate compete for the anti-UBE2I antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by UBE2I from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind UBE2I-HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The UBE2I concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.
