Product Description
specificalIntended Uses: For the quantitative detection of Human Pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide type I receptor (ADCYAP1R1) concentration in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Principle of the Assay: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with biotin-BSA and Avidin. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated ADCYAP1R1 antibody and incubated. Then Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antibody preparation specific for ADCYAP1R1 are added and incubated. Substrate solutions are added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm+/-2 nm. The concentration of ADCYAP1R1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
