  • 2.Technology and innovation bring danger and opportunity

In the healthcare industry, a quarter of the ceos surveyed believe that technology will completely change the competitive landscape in the next five years, while only 2% of ceos say technology won't affect competition in the industry.
In addition, 71 percent of respondents focused on the speed of technological change, while 70 percent focused on changing consumer behavior.

  • 3.Technical reform promotes the transformation of talents

The gradual convergence of technology and talent is a new theme in the global CEO annual survey in the past few years.
As automation and machinery are able to take on more and more work, many companies are restructuring their staff structures, and the functions of their jobs are changing.

Now, the trust has gradually aroused people more and more attention, and this is a digital technology will not be solved, will only cause more problems: 75% of the medical industry CEO think enterprise in the new digital age is more and more difficult to build and maintain trust.
In the eyes of all medical industry respondents, the breach of data privacy ethics was the primary threat to the trust of stakeholders in the next five years, with a ratio of 82%.
Given the high sensitivity of the medical industry's data, the results are not surprising.

"Trust is essential," says BernardTyson, chief executive of Kaiser permanente, one of the ceos interviewed.
You never want to be discredited, because the doctor-patient relationship is probably the closest thing to a relationship that touches on the reality and fragility of human life.
