How to make a combo diagram?

When we present the results of the experiment, we often need to make a larger picture of the internal logical connections, like this:

This kind of graph looks simple, but if the arrangement is irregular, you will be obsessive compulsive disorder, as if you see a crooked tooth...

If magazine editors are obsessive compulsive,It depends on your writing,Can appease the other person's complaint.Even if someone is willing to change it for you, it will also extend the time of publication.
So let's clear up and go to the magazine.

Proper teeth，Of course you can't just use the mouse to drag the canvas with the mouse,The architect can't draw pictures by eye, and we can't draw a few pictures in a New Year.
So you still have to rely on software to accurately control.

If it's statistical, it's easy to do. Statistical software can generally make a composite chart.
But if you add a WB, or a slice, or a photo, and so on, you're going to have to do it a little bit more, using Photoshop or Illustrator.
Since most magazines require vector graphics, let's use Illustrator.
The early statistics are, of course, Graphpad Prism 7.

1.The unified style of each picture

Now that we have eight statistics, we have done statistics, and Prism has generated such a raw blank graph for 8 data sets.

The various buttons in the Change column set the appearance, including colors, axes, and so on.
The legend does not show.
Add statistical significance (horizontal and * Numbers) based on statistical results.
You get a beautiful picture.

But the other picture is the blank.
Use the magic wand tool shown in the right box below.

In the pop-up dialog box, select the template of the picture of IL6.

Then play a dialog box and select a matching item at the bottom left.
I'm going to pick all of them.
In the preview, it has been shown that the blank figure has been fixed.

Each of the matching diagrams is done so that two sets of statistics are formed in the example diagram.
Then add the line segment, change the ordinate, the title and so on to modify;
Only add the legend in the last picture, and all the other diagrams are cancelled.
And then you can assemble it.

2. Assembly of statistical graphs

Create the layout in New layout and select the appropriate direction and template.
In the box below, if you select the first line, you will get an empty template and put the desired diagram in.
If you select the second one and select a good start graph, you will automatically arrange the graph in the form, and then you will automatically put it in the template.

Because some graphs have illustrations, some diagrams have no illustrations, so the display proportion of each graph will be different.
Hover the mouse over a picture, and you can see its display scale, as shown in figure 108%.

So the above ratio shows the key:

In the pop-up dialog box, select all the diagrams and enter a suitable display proportion, such as 90%.
It can also be matched to maximum or minimum.

This gives you a neat chart:

If you have either up or down or left or right, you can select a line, click the alignment X-axis at the bottom of the button, or select a column to align the Y axis.

After alignment, export EPS format for later editing in Adobe Illustrator.
